I call regarding my payment information but one of your executive miss Bharti is not able to resolve my Query first as well as she told me to disconnect the call from my end and she was talking very rude to me that reflects in her conversation. At last I told her that my query didnt resolve till now so I can't disconnect the the but she disconnect the call from her side.
This is not the way to serve service to customer
Please take action regarding this ASAP.
