i book my ticket on date 16.04.2018 of train no. 12820 orrisa sampark kranti express and cancel it on date 03.05.2018 but my money not refund since 15 days
please refund my money

Mere account me galat naam dal gaya hi jiski vajah se mera adhaar kyc complete nahi ho pa raha isliye mera account deactivate karna chahta hun

actually my reservation was not done but my amount was credited ...i tried 3 times but no use everytime my amount was gone ...i want immediate action this problem

I have booked my ticket on 27 Apr 18 and my journey was on 28 Apr 18 .PNR No of this ticket is 2245557604.When this ticket was booked that time ticket was wait list no 211 and on 28 Apr 18 journey days it was wait listed on 143.A message came on 29 Apr 18 that your ticket is cancelled and money of 445 Rs will be refunded to your A/c within 3-4 days,but till now no money has been refunded.Please refund the money as early as possible.Thank you.

I was booked tickets secendrabad to vijayawada cocannada express on 2/5/20018. W/L =6, W/L=7, passenger name 1. G.sreenu 36, second passenger name S.bhagavan.28. PNR number is 434421294. I done this transaction through ixigo irctc app. AMOUNT deducted by my Sbi account. MY Account number is 5********4e. I cancelled that ticket same day.
