I want to remove 1 paisa SMS Service from my mobile service of reliance mobile. Whenever I talk in customer care they say typesms "DACT sms1p" and send it ot 53739. But whenerver i do the same msg comes "Your request to deactivate couldnt be processed. Inconvenience is regreted. Please try again." I have done it several time. Every month I have to loose Rs. 26/= or Rs. 30/- which automatically deduct from my balance. Please Help me and remove this service from my reliance mobile.
