mobile service provider - Air Tel Demo not working from last 3 three month

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that i am shopkeeper as MAMTA TELECOM in Vstral area and i am provide to customer SIM Card, Coupon.Now problem is there one person come from AIR TEL and provide me new LAPU(DEMO) and also recharge of Rs.1000/- at that time but now problem is there which number(********42) is provide by your sales-Executive(Mr.Mitesh Panchal) is not working from last three month.
So please resolve ASAP.
