I booked the Consignment from Bangalore via Docket number B55134230 .

It reached there at its destination Branch in Dehradun on 29 th July 2009 .

The person called in and told that he will deliver tha packet but he never dilevered it .

At last I have to call the consinee to go to thier offce and pick it personally.

Afgter doing lots of correspondence they told us that this area doesent comes under thier service network . That is completely a lie .

If we input the 248001 we will find that they have the service there. If you call up these guys and ask for the service area they will say YES YES YES we will dilever it . But when it comes to the dilevery they wont dilever it.

I have all the conersation with these guys in written where they are trying to defend themselves. Knowing that they are doing some thing wrong .



This is not the way how the courier company works .

Please look into it .
