DTDC Courier - Compensation required

Dear Sir,

My wife booked a parcel from Barasat, Kolkata to Cuddalore, TN containing three shirts, one pant and one electronic gadget. Instead of delivering the parcel to the consignee it was taken back to the consignor on the pretext that parcel received in damaged condition. On receipt of the returned consignment at the place where it was booked, the same was opened and found that one shirt is missing.

As suggested by the collection center person a written complain with a request to compensate the loss was submitted on 22nd Sept '10. Later I sent a mail addressed to Ms. Radhika. P Senior Manager - CSS, mail id - css.co@dtdc on 30th Sept '10.

Till now I have not received any communication from DTDC regarding this subject matter from any of their responsible persons. They are keeping silent.

Reference consignment no. K43002788, booked on 10th Sept '10.

The articles booked were not such that it may get damaged on transit. It was clear that someone has tear open the parcel and one of the shirt was taken out from the parcel. This is shameful act by the courier company. I demand huge compensation.

I request you to look in to the matter and suggest me accordingly.

I support this complaint. My mother booked a courier from Kurnool(A.P) to Chennai(T.N),this parcel contains the original copy of discharge summery of my delivery, which I have to submit in my husband's office for reimbursment. Date of courier booked is 04-12-2010. This parcel was missplaced by your agents.I have complained to the manger Ravi,his email id is ravirv@dtdc.com,my case was handled by Lalitha and my reference no is L1336. These people are very careless they are not sincere in there duty,i called them several times but there answer will always 'after two days'.i have been very patients to them.I have the original receipt with me. I have to get the compensation for that.

DEAR SIR,
I HAVE MAILED ONE VERY URGENT LETTER(CN-- P 14702872 )ON 01/02/2011 AT 5 PM
FROM WAI,SATARA BUT IT IS LOST AND NO ONE IS GIVING ME REPLY ABOUT IT PROPERLY.
BUT ONLINE SYSTEM IT IS SHOWN IN TRANSIT.
SINCE LAST TWO DAYS I AM CONTINUOUSLY TELEPHONING VARIOUS REPRESENTATIVES OF DTDC BUT NO AVAIL.
NOW I WANT IMMEDIATE COMPENSATION FOR THAT LETTER FOR WHICH I HAVE LOST A LOT IN MY BUSINESS.
