Consignment - Z******** was sent from Rohtak (Haryana) to Pune in early Sept. The courier was supposed to reach CLSA India Ltd, Yerwada but was mis delivered to Ernest and Young company which happen to be on the same floor (4th Floor) of Panchshil Tech Park, Yerwada. Several verbal and wriiten complaints have been registered with the regional office but the courier has not reached me. The staff misbehaved and banged the phone and spoke very abusively when asked for an update on the complaint.
