DTDC Courier - complaint against dtdc courier service

Myself shakti shekhar, i posted an emergency courier to my homtown Madhubani as it was extremely urgent for me.They told me that it will be delivered within 48 hours,but its more than 8 days now and the courier is still not deliverd. My consignment no is Z26203018.Even i went
to DTDC franchise office in Kanchanjungha building(cannaught place) to know about the status of my courier and they did not respond good.
Please help me out in this issue .

I support this complaint.i sent a courier on 7th jan 2011 via lucknow DTDC tracking no. Z27557835 even after 8 days it is not been delivered.
