I was to get a courier through DTDC Docket Number-K40538094 which was booked from Jamshedpur on 17th May 2010 and which as per the DTDC online tracking system is showng Out for Dispatch on Friday 21st May 2010. I have sppken to DTDC office in Dwarka Sector-12, Sector-5 Office and also Nariana.
First of all no one is ready to tell me when is the courier finally going to be delivered. They are asking to check the status of the delivery from the place of booking. This is simply unprofessional service. The Number give on the website, no one even bothers to pick up. I have been trying this number for last 2 days.
This is simply not expected from a brand link DTDC.
I hope someone looks in to this mail and get this addressed since the document contains Important medical records which has to shared with the docter in delhi..
Any ways this would be the last courier ever sent by me or my known through DTDC.

I find very difficult to understand that how these people charge for particular location.I had posted to kalna from burrabazar and charged rs.35/- earliar i used to pay 25/- is dtdc has increased of franchise r making us fool.
