Dear Sir,

I am Rahul.S from Vijayawada location , Andhrapradesh.. I Would like to bring to your notice that i have been literally cheated by a online shopping website named: " www.kaunsa.com... I will explain the reasons in bullet points. Please check and resolve my issue urgently..

I have ordered N8 Nokia Mobile on July 8th from Kaunsa.com by paying 17974 rs through HDFC creditcard expecting item to reach my address 10 days from date of order
Several mails and calls happened after 10th day asking delivery status with kaunsa.com - Negligible response from customer care tea, : 01204835000...
Kaunsa.com asked me to wait 15 days from date of order i.e till 23rd of july to wait for my order even after my order was not received.
Several conversations happened ( Around 80 phone calls and 10 Ticket Complaints raised) to cancel my order but they are not cancelling it by saying that we cant cancel the order as of now as we have already sent your order to process it through seller..
They are not delivering the item , nor cancelling the item , not refunding my amount, past 12 days convincing me that product will reach soon , reach soon etc..
Please help me in this regard how do i proceed legally on them.... Please take necessary actions on them.. I am very much worried on my money because its not a small amount.. Attaching you with the ordered details and conversations happened between me and kaunsa team...
