Dear Sir, I have purchased SAMSUNG Galaxy S4 (MOB/SAM/SAM/82738) , Ref. id. 188019 form Kaunsa.com on 7th May 2013 for Rs. 36,990/- by online payment using ICICI Credit Card, with delivery promised by 22nd May, 2013. Today it is 19th Aug. but I have not received this product nor received refund even after several reminders and promises made by Mr. Arush / Mr. Siddharth & Mr. Deepak Singh. It is nearly impossible to reach them through phone no. given. NEED YOUR URGENT HELP.

Complainant's Goal: I WANT MY PRODUCT OR COMPLETE REFUND IN 3 DAYS.
