Dear Sir,

I bought a sunglass branded "Oakley" for 2599 RS. Website clearly says every item bought in their website is genuine .

But i received a total fake one. Now the website doesn’t want to take any responsibility, it shows its hands to seller(some other person), and there is no info on seller.

There is no proper reply from customer care email, saying to contact seller, the customer care phone doesn't work.

Please help me on this issue.
