but day of the journey Train was Late about 8 hours, after next day I maintain theTDR (For return of my ticket charges) through online But still when I check the status, that shows from last 5 month your complain has been forwarded to Railway, I am giving my all detail of TDR ,which is mentioned below.
and kindly give the priority of this complain, Do the needful.
