KAUNSA .COM ONLINE SHOPPING - Kaunsa.com not delivering product even after advance payment of amount

Hi.

I have made a purchase of an item with the order no Order Number: KA/146750/J6W63G6D on kaunsa.com shopping portal. The item was supposed to be delivered latest by 28th July, but even after repeated email reminders and phone calls to the customer service the item has not arrived even after the aforementioned date. After sending emails and making phone calls to them, I get the standard reply that the shipment has been delayed by the seller but would arrive in 2-3 days (it never does). I believe hundreds of people have become victims of this shopping portal already. I find it hard to believe that no legal action has yet been taken against them.

Complainant's Goal: I want this website to shut down and my amount to be refunded.
