I MADE AN ORDER FOR A TABLET OF RS. 3745.00 UNDER ORDER NO KA/162654/VR2JEK1I.
till date i didnt recieved the product, i made severel complaint to 0120-4835000 for refund of my money and on there website also i made online complaint but all waste.
customer care executive always say it will be dispatched soon, but the soon never come from 07-SEP-2013. my order is pending for dispatch and also they are not cancelling and refunding to me also.

Complainant's Goal: REFUND OF MONEY ALONG WITH THE COMPANSATION AND STRICT ACTION AGAINST KAUNSA.COM
