on 6-3-2012 i booked i irctc tickets but dont receive a ticket message. but on 7-3-2012 i called on irctc coustemer care no 39340000 at 13.11 pm a girl pick phone i ask her that how i get message . she talk rodely and says take a print out of your ticket . then i told her that why a goverment starts a message ticket services so how can we save trees . she said thats not your problem and she disconnect a call . is this is a ways to talk
