Airtel Digital TV - Hopeless service from Airtel DTH

Dear Nodal Officer,

My Airtel DHT details are as below:

I had taken the 2 Airtel DTH connections (1HD box + 1SD box) in the month of April with a free 1 month package of "South Ultra Pack". Now I got the pack changed to "Magnum HD" pack.

Even now I do not get many channels like HBO Defined, HBO Hits, Gemini movies, etc. On the second SD box i am not getting any regional languages pack. I DEMAND TO KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING AND WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH AIRTEL DTH. When I try to get an answer from the customer care executive I was told "wait for a month, else raise another complaint". What kind of fools do you think we are?? I demand to know why I am not getting the language packs now especially when I had 2 free language top-ups with south ultra pack??

After speaking to a few Customer Care Rep (Fatime Sherin, etc) they said they would arrange for a call back in 15 mins but we all know from the reputation of Airtel DTH that this is never going to happen. The complaint number given to me was - 30180365.

To get an answer from HELL customer care number is next to impossible! I could probably reach the PM of India easier than this stupid company customer care! Every time I do get a hold of the customer care executive they put me on hold and disconnects the call.

First of all i had to wait for 2 weeks to get my connection because of some "problem to create my customer ID in the system" as quoted by the utter useless and senseless hell of a customer care representative.

There have been one problem after another right from the time i have taken this connection and now if i want to cancel my connection I am being told that I will get only 50% as refund!

I am regretting everyday as to why I ever chose this horrendous service to myself, I have now realized to stay as far away as possible with any forms of services provided by Airtel and I will make it a point to tell every single person that i have every met and will ever meet to stay away from this HOPELESS service provider called Airtel.
