Airtel Digital TV - Airtel Digital TV - Very Bad service

From last 3 days, I am not getting any channels on DTH connection. Around 2 days continuously I tried to call customer care for the complaint but call does not connect to customer care executive.
After continuous calling to Customer care, call gets connected and I got a Complain number - 2684066 and customer care people said, they will send engineer to resolve this issue next day in afternoon.

But as expected, no engineer called or came to resolve the problem. Then I called the customer care as asked for the reason then they said \"there is no engineer slot available so we are not able to send any engineer rightnow but send to tomorrow for sure.\"

Then within 5 mins after the call I get a SMS that my problem is resolved. On what basis they closed my complain.

On calling them again, I again got a complain number - 2687871. That\'s it.

Very Very Bad Experience with AIRTEL.

Please do not go for AIRTEL option.
