Dear all Vian\'s Victim
Lt us unite against the fraud company Vian infrastructure.
Following could be our action points as discussed;-
1)Letus decide a date in this month only(if possible), so that we all can go totheir present office at Jhandewalan, New Delhi and over their we can directly put our demand infront of top management and ask to update the real status of the company.
2)Jointly file a case against this fraud company in consumer court at New Delhi.
3)Jointly we can approach EOW of Delhi at institutional area, New Delhi.
4)If possible we can also approach to press/media to highlight our concerns against this fraud company.
Pl. note that we are on the verge of loosing our hard earner money, therefore we have to be little bit strong against Vian infrastructure.Individually they wouldn\'t listen to anybody but if we all go and put-up strongly, they are bound to do something.

I had booked a 200 yard plot in Vian City, jaipur in 2006 & has already paid 50% of the amount in 3 instalments in 2006. The company is a complete fraud & everytime during visit assured that they will soon do registry & give possession. Now they have vanished.

I have book a plot at AJMER and i had paid 112200.00,and he return by Cheque two times but both times cheque is bounce.My customer id is AJ-311. I want to refund of my hard earner money.I am also complaint at EOW.My contact no. is ********18.

I support this complaint. I also booked a plot at Tonk Road, Jaipur. By showing me a map they alloted me a preferencial plot and charged the PLC. Later on they changed the plan and did not informed. By visiting to their office I came to know about that and they changed the booked plot which was not a Preferencial Plot. I requested to refund the PLC, in Aug., 2009, but till date no refund is send. From the begining, they used to send letter for demanding money, progress in the project, but never informed about the change in offices and never replied in complaint or query. They got me the registry which costs between Rs. 5000 to 6000, but charged me of Rs. 12,500/-. After many phone calls they never responded. Many letter written to them is returned back.
