Dear all Vian\'s Victim
Lt us unite against the fraud company Vian infrastructure.
Following could be our action points as discussed;-
1)Letus decide a date in this month only(if possible), so that we all can go totheir present office at Jhandewalan, New Delhi and over their we can directly put our demand infront of top management and ask to update the real status of the company.
2)Jointly file a case against this fraud company in consumer court at New Delhi.
3)Jointly we can approach EOW of Delhi at institutional area, New Delhi.
4)If possible we can also approach to press/media to highlight our concerns against this fraud company.
Pl. note that we are on the verge of loosing our hard earner money, therefore we have to be little bit strong against Vian infrastructure.Individually they wouldn\'t listen to anybody but if we all go and put-up strongly, they are bound to do something.

I am also cheated by this fraud Company i.e. VIAN. I had invested in a 500 Sq. Yard plot of VIAN Royal project Delhi. My customer code is VR - 435. I have paid 90 % amount. I have come to know about this fraud. They are continuously shifting their offices. I have invested my hard earned money on this plot and I am in badly need of this money for the treatment of my wife. I also want to join all persons who are fighting against this corrupt company for refund of the money. Please include my name also in this fight.

I have come to know about this fraud. They are continuously shifting their offices. I'm victim of this fraud. I've paid 50% amount for Haridwar 100 sq yard plot. The local agent has dissapeared. No clue what to do next. Their offices are closed. If there is anyone then PLEASE guide.

I support this complaint. Like all of you, I too had taken a plot in Jaipur and got the property registered in my name. But I am not aware of the recent developments. Can someone please let me know ? Regards
We have also been victim of this fraud. We had invested 3.80 lacs for their Jaipur project but no work has been started yet. We had asked them to refund our money but their was no reply from their end. We tried to contact them at their office in Jhandewalan and mahipalpur but there was no office there. can some one share VAIN new numbers and current office location ..i had also invested 4 lac in Vain haridwar project and not getting any clue , whom to approach !!
