I have booked a plot in year 2006 and paid 100% ammount(About 4 Lakh) But still not recieve possesion. Even not gating any information regarding situation. Is this company will do some thing.

Complainant's Goal: we want our paid ammount back with intrest or Company have to provide Plot

I support this complaint.I support this complaint. Can any body update me about the company' frauds, i am also a victim like the hundreds other.
case is also filed against the company by the DCP Crime branch (EOW), Qutub Intl Area, new Delhi.
