THE CASE IS IN HIGH COURT OF DELHI BUT THE STATUS IS NOT KNOWN. PLS HELP.
ALSO DOES ANY ONE KNOWS THEIR CURRENT ADDRESS. SOME ONE INFOMED IT WAS RANGPURI, MAHIPALPUR BUT COULD NOT FIND THE OFFICE .

PLEASE HELP

Court has issued a notice to Vian Infrastructure to pay back the money of the investors. If some one has knowledge about its compliance and any action on notice, please let me know.

A notice has been moved, through court, to Vian Management to refund investor's money. Vian Management has been given 60 days time to respond to the notice. Are you able to tell me the date of notice and date of completion of 60 days. If there is any response from the Vian Co. If some one know about this please tell me.
