We have also been duped by Vian Infrastructure.
We had applied for a plot and maded initial payments. Then getting to know the lack of progress and media reports we had filed in for refund but have got no refund, they cannot be contacted now.

In the recent days I have got calls from multiple Lawyers who are accepting case against Vian but none of them were able to convince me with the outcome. As per one of the Lawyer, high court has appointed a liquidator in this case who was suppose to deposit a report by 30th Nov which should consists of Total assets of Vian (if any :)) and liability (cases logged till 30th Nov). Since than I have not heard anything....do anyone has any update on this? Vijay Vazirani (********97)

Court has issued a notice to Vian Infrastructure to pay back the money of the investors. If some one has knowledge about its compliance and any action on notice, please let me know.
