I changed my old Godrej fridge after 20 years of using it. I did not get any single complaint on that fridge ever in whole tenure. I changed that just because it was old enough and I wanted a one fridge. I purchased your company refrigerator, model number & S.R. number mentioned already.

This has 10 years of warranty on "Digital Invertor Compressor".

Fridge has some problem last week and I called the authorized Samsung service center to repair it. They changed it's "Invertor PCB" and charged Rs. 1882.00.

I firmly believe that this part should be covered in warranty. I have consulted our local technicians and they also have the same view. I want to take this matter to Consumer court and in social public media but before taking that step, I prefer to communicate you and take your opinion.

Purchase bill and service invoice/receipt is attached herewith for your reference.

I'll wait for your reply 3 days and after that i'll think to take another step as appropriate.
