Hi,

I was using samsung LED display for past 2 years. I had some issue with the LED display before 2 months. So, I registered a service complaint with your Samsung service toll free number. A person came from HI-TECH service center and said that he was a dealer takes care of Samsung LED displays. He checked my display and gave a estimation that it would cost of RS.7000 for repair. Again I asked for a confirmation that it won't exceed RS.7000 and he also gave a acknowledgement. Afterwards he took my display and went off. After one or two days i called him to know the status of my display. He said that it will take one week of time and once it is ready he will revert me back. Although two week passed i didn't received any information from your service center. Again i tried reaching him at that time only he is saying that the cost will comes around of RS.12000. So, i requested him to return back the material asap. But till the date for nearly 2 months i didn't received my display back. How can you assure that none of my working parts has been changed or you totally made my display dead.

Is this a response for customers from a reputed SAMSUNG ?

Is the way your company treats the normal society people ?

I have the acknowledgement copy provided by your service vendor. Please make sure i will get my display back on tomorrow (15/11/2018). Otherwise i will proceed these things legally. Because i have been awaited for 2 months.
Please response immediately and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
