The RO is giving xtra premium petrol without giving any sign board or any verbal intimation to customer. I doubt the given petrol is xtra premium or ordinary petrol. I contacted the complaint call centre number given in the iocl website, but it was temporarly out of order. Customer compliant phone number: 0484-2310859.
Complainant's Goal: Right to get the quality fuel, Sign board to be provided for extra premium fuel.
