This retail outlet of IOC is totally indulge in cheating practices through their boys engaged at nozzle points. I have experienced it more than 5 times and when argued, they all boys accumulated and start shouting and reversely blaming to consumer that " he speaks foul language " etc. Ultimately they are delivering less fuel against the charged amount by means of hidden practices viz not making zero before start, sometimes pressing lever of nozzle , and also not ready to test volumetric etc.
The cell no of Area manager / Sales Manager are also not displayed at this RO.
Disciplinary action against the owner is suggested so that consumer may get correct delivery of Fuel.
