1. It is intimated that boarding pass for the journey from jammu to Delhi dated 06 june 2009 in respect of MR GAJANAN UMBANIKAR is not traceable at this end. The following details regarding travel are as under :-

(a) PNR No : CASEGX(b) Name of passenger : MR GAJANAN UMBANIKAR
(c) Traveled date : 06 JUNE 2009
(d) Flt No : IT4634
(e) Sector : JAMMU
(f) Departure/Arrival : 02:00PM(Dep) and 04:30PM(Arr)
(g) From/to :JAMMU to Delhi

2. You are requested to issue a travel availed certificate . The certificate is required by CDA(O) Pune for passing of Claim.
