i had cancelled my ticket bearing PNR number:GCDUIH on the 5th of august 2010. i have yet not received a refund in my account and there has been only one response from web bookings department of the kingfisher airlines giving me a transaction id(20100********07) and asking me to contact the respective bank(Punjab National Bank). I have contacted my bank and the response was that there has been no transaction in my account on the 5th of August 2010.

Well i am writing to you as this was the last option for me.

I was trying to book online ticket from fly kingfisher website on 13th jan 2012. My ticket was not booked as PNR was not generated i cehecked with the customer care of kingfisher airlines. well as my pnr was not generated still my credit card was charged.
I am following up from last one month for my payment reversal i am not getting proper response. Every time i contact kingisher executive tells u will me contacted in 2 days. However its a month and i dont have any option els to get in touch..
As kingfisher was my favourite airlines now it is not due to the problem i am facing .. I hope the mail i am writting to you will solve my issue. I am totaly dipresed with kingfisher . i never face this type of issue with any other airlines.
