Kingfisher Airlines - i am not satisfied with ur service

I had travelled from chennai to vizayawada by kingfisher flight no IT 2200 on may 6th. The scheduled departure of the flight was 13 25pm. However it departed only at 2 10 pm. The airlines made all passengers to sit in the air craft for 40 -45 min. The reason for delay was suspense for the passengers for almost 20 min.Neither any technical fault nor any weather problem was the reason. To our surprise, the reason announced was late arrival of co pilot who was stuck up in the traffic.
Due to this delay i missed my father's funeral . Incase of such emergency, when we choose your flight paying heftysum , and if it doesnt reach me to the destination on time for such silly reasons, what is the use of choosing your airlines?
