Kingfisher Airlines - i m not satisfied with your service, There was typical discrimination

with due respect i wish to inform you about the problems which i faced during my journey.
details:-
1. flight IT310 Delhi to Mumbai
4 july 2009 (1400 - 1600)
2. flight It311 Mumbai to delhi (1745 - 1945)
Sir, (1)on my flight IT310 on 4 july from del to mum. i asked the airhostess for water, she gave me water with her unhygenic hand, i mean to say that she was taking back the food trays from us, with that hand only she gave me water and she was also not wearing any glove.
(2)On 13 july 2009 when i supposed to come back to delhi,
Flight IT311 was cancelled.
your company alloted me another flight scheduled at 7.20. Then after talking with them i was alloted flight IT309 scheduled at 16.20 from mumbai.
Only i know how i managed my work due to this cacellation.
After that when i boarded the flight i did\'nt get the food. Airostess said that they don\'t have veg food. she gave me a tray with cake and 1 more thing. The person who was sitting on seat no. 30d got the proper food tray with veg snacks.
I WANT TO KNOW WHY I SUFFERED THAT DAY..?????
Nowadays i am bit busy in my work and i am gona file a case in consumer court.
I wrote dis bcoz u people should know dat wat is happening..
