Fly Mobile - regarding for bad service of fly coustomer care centre

Dear Sir,
Regarding for the my fly hand set model no. MC160 had a problem not incoming voice & hanging problem. In fly service centre i checked my cell phone they taken my phone on 08/May/2010 but they did not give me phone till date.

1. With due respect and humble submission, I beg to state the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable please.

2. I the above mentioned Soldier is serving in Army since 24 Feb 1994 and presently serving with CAFVD Kirkee with effect from 26 Nov 2006. I have purchased New Brand Fly Mobile Model No B 430 from J.M Mobile Shppe,363/64,Shivajinagar,Pune on 15 july 2010. My Mobile was non functional from 25 july 2010. I have given the same for repair to Owwal Communications, Oswal House,1st Floor.Shivajinagar on 26 july 2010. They ensure me that the same will be given to me on 31 july 2010. I have gone to their shop on 31 july 2010. But the same was not repaired and they again given me next date 20 Aug 2010. I went to their office again on 20 Aug 2010 but the same was not reaired nor any response given from them. I have already contacted the undermentioned Area Managers of Fly Mobile to solve my problem but not solved till date:-

I am Dattatray T.Chavan living in dombivali mumbai maharastra have purchased mobile of FLY model 2080 serial no.35********99211 in oct. 2008 . after four months my mobile not working properly

I have alredy mail you about the complaint of service center.as per your advice I send my mobile to your service center ( TODAY ELECRONICS ,opp.Madhuban bulding ,warli hill road ,Mumbai -400018 mob.no. ********43 ) on 22 may .but till date the service center vendor cant repaired it.Now he told me that your mobile is ready but its body cover not send me by company.so please do the needful and give me my mobile as soon as possible
