Hi,

I was purchased a Fly mobile B720 DUO from HOTSPOT Retails Ltd. #117 old, 170 New, Gandhi Bazar, Basavangudi, Bangalore - 04 on 19/02/2009 and it was costed me 9000/- (I do have bill copy with me, if required i will produce it) with the warranty of 12 months. Exactly after 15 - 16 months mobile battery was gone bad, I mean mobile was unable to hold charge for more than 5 minutes. When i went to same HOPSPOT Mobile showroom and they confirmed battery is gone bad needs to be replaced, and this handset is not in warranty now you have to place an order with fly service center to get you new battery. I placed an ordered with FLY Service Center which is located in Jaynagar Bangalore and they asked me to wait for 25-30 days. I keep calling them after 30 days and they just ask for some more days and we have already requested FLY and waiting for the parts to deliver once we get we will call you and they took number they never called me till even today. Mean while I just got another FLY Service Center in Indiranagar QUICK MOBILE SERVICE #17, 17 'F' Cross, CMH Road, Indiranagar 2nd Stage, Bangalore - 38. On 08/03/2011 I went with handset and showed to them and asked for new battery, they just checked handset and said we don't have battery in stock we need to order from FLY same story once again repeated. But this time they said give us 10-15 days time sure we will get you new battery from FLY. And they have taken Rs.500/- advance to place an order and asked me to call back after 10-15 days. When i called QUICK MOBILE SERVICE after 15 days now they are also telling FLY is not giving us battery and they say we don't have battery for this model (B720 DUO) no stock. So at the end I am not able to use my B720 DUO Mobile since i am not getting new battery from FLY. My Rs.9000/- is going to be waste now. I need a justice from FLY Mobile Company for my investment on Fly mobile.

If Fly Mobile Company is not able to provide spares for the mobile products, why they are selling the product in the market for which they can't support after sale.

Please get me a new battery for FLY B720 DUO Mobile handset.

Need a justice I am hopping that i will get it.
