I bought a new Fly mobile model no : B430 in Hello communications, #19, aditya enclave, Nilagiri block, Ameerpet, Hyderabad on 26.06.10. I didn't used it atleast a month that iam facing so many problems on buying the mobile. i had contacted in service center also but no use they are simply installing a software and giving it to me. Iam worried why i have bought that mobile since atleast i didn't used a month. Iam contacting you sir please help me becoz so many companies are doing fraud giving waranty certificate also. I have a mobie pahone of fly model sx390 it gives problems like -now i cant increase or decrease the volume of songs.

2. I the above mentioned Soldier is serving in Army since 24 Feb 1994 and presently serving with CAFVD Kirkee with effect from 26 Nov 2006. I have purchased New Brand Fly Mobile Model No B 430 from J.M Mobile Shppe,363/64,Shivajinagar,Pune on 15 july 2010. My Mobile was non functional from 25 july 2010. I have given the same for repair to Owwal Communications, Oswal House,1st Floor.Shivajinagar on 26 july 2010. They ensure me that the same will be given to me on 31 july 2010. I have gone to their shop on 31 july 2010. But the same was not repaired and they again given me next date 20 Aug 2010. I went to their office again on 20 Aug 2010 but the same was not reaired nor any response given from them. I have already contacted the undermentioned Area Managers of Fly Mobile to solve my problem but not solved till date:-

We also purchased FLY B430 mobile very next day I faced problem with not charging. The service people respond my complaint but not rectfied my complait is till pending in service center from 9months. I want to go for forther step.
