HCL Infosystems - poor response from hcl service center

Dear Sir

With due respect I want to state that I had purchased HCL PC at 4th July 2009. I had logged complain at HCL service point, Jamshedpur regarding PC was not working (complain no 44) by phone dated 5th September 2009. Next day one engineer visited my house and asked me that your hard disk was crashed and took hard disk back.

After four day I call again to HCL service point that when hard disk should install, they replied that it will take one week to replace hard disk as 320 GB HDD was not in stock but till now they install 160 GB HDD. Next day another engineer visited my house and asked me that there was no problem in hard disk problem is in RAM and after discussing to service centre they advise me to bring the CPU to service point. Next day morning that was 12th September 2009 I handover the CPU to HCL
service point(job sheet no -329), Jamshedpur.they told me that I should informed by them shortly. Next day evening I call back again to service centre they replied that it will take more then one week.

This is for your information and necessary action I want to quote some line that was mentioned in your warranty card “Thank you for choosing us for your computing needs and for the trust that you have bestowed upon HCL we will make sure this trust grows stronger each day. you have made a great choice, a choice you’ii be proud of in times to come” But I loose my trust and no proud for choosing HCL only in two months.
