HCL Infosystems - I am not satisfied with your frenchise company

I had purchased a HCL system from M/S. imperial technologies vide their invoice no.IT/R/443/07-08 DATE:13TH,JULY,2008.
After 1 yr warranty, M/S AFORESERVE,B-21,SEC.-8,NOIDA contected me every day three or four times on telephone for AMC. It was promised by them that within every three month our engineers will visit to home for free servicing. I had given AMC FOR RS 2400/- for 2year vide cheque no.3482 and invoice no.ACL/RM/SP/JUN09/0605 dt.30-06-9.
Sir,here it is informed with very regret that till date nobody came to my house. now , from last fifteen days my system is not working properly. I think there is some sound driver problem. I am regularly contacted on telephone lines-0120-4099700,011-46142680,9990079870(Mr.Hindan)No reply get by one. only this telephone no. is not exists, out of coverage area etc.
Sir, I hereby informed you to immediately stop AMC and take a legal action against M/S AFORESERVE and return back my full money +with penal interest to me, because no services have given by the aforesaid co. Also tell me contact no. to whom i said my grievance.
