my fs-s ver2 bike before servers very good condtion but 4th serves change my brakeshows and brakes and chain tite next day my bike back wheel very tite and strack and my dumplate broken iron picess coms on back dumplete and bracks fail next day.

Respected Sir,

I am a customer of your YAMAHA MOTOR.I have purchased FZ16 from AIREN YAMAHA old palasia Indore in JULY 2011.I prefer monthly service from the same showroom.N till now i have spend more than my bike worth on its parts and servicing.But unfortunately this time YAMAHA making me surprised by not delivering the parts on time.I have given my vehicle for the service one month ago till I have not received the parts as they are saying parts are in back order.

Kindly take the proper action so that I don't have to wait even single minute further.If this is the problem they should inform me earlier before taking my bike.I have even deposited Rs.10000 advance for it.

Pending parts are as follows:

2.5MXE221301 gasket
3.********14 RIN ROVELL
4. ******** XR BEARING
5. ********Y4 BEARING
6. 21CE74002 ENLLE AXLE DRIVE
7. 54BE5580 CLUTCH OUTER ASSEMBLY
