HI i\'m aravind from chennai. i bought a new yamaha R15 from BIKERZ- nanganallur show room 4 months ago. i met with an accident around 45 days ago. then i left my bike for service with all the documents they asked around 25 days ago. the chief said he\'ll deliver my bike within 10 days max, since then i have problem.. i called the insurance(iffco tokyo) customer care after a week and i iniated the claim and i got claim number 1-5y67fy. the very next day a surveyor from insurance called me and came to the showroom to do something for the claim, the highlight is the service guys from the service station didnt even hav courtesy to do the very first step for 7 days. since then they tell me that it will be delivered the next day and its been 25 days now. in the mean time they asked for my original RC book and my original driving licence and i gave it to them. i dont have any idea what happened to those and i did a very great mistake buying a bike from this showroom which has extremly pathetic service. i dont know y yamaha is giving dealership if they r not capable of keeping up the brand name. Finally those guys promised to deliver the bike on monday the 26th and if not i\'m going to the police to getback my stuffs. For how many days i need to borrow bike from friends and relatives... is this the way yamaha treats their customers who spent more than a lakh for the bike?. let me see what yamaha does for me ...

Complainant's Goal: give my bike back tomorrow, else face the concequences.
