Blackberry India Redington - Manufacturing defect in my 9220 set

I had purchased bb 9220 on 13th june 2012 and from dec onwards the paint of back cover started chiping off. It looks like as if someone had painted it with very cheap qualitu of paint. This is the first time I have seen paint of such costly handset coming out. I want a solution for this.
Complainant's Goal: to get this back cover of my handet replaced
