Blackberry India Redington - Poor Service, Fraud

I have purchased a blackberry on 26 of december 2009. But suddenly on last 24th Nov 2010 I saw that my mobile gets hited and battery gone down rapidly and I was helpless.
I contacted nearest Blackberry Service Centre (Redington Service) here in Bhubaneswar. They received my blackberry 8520 (IMEI No.358472031427197) set on 26/11/2010 and I was told that my set has to be sent to Bangalore for repair and it will take a fortnight to be returnback. And on 01/12/2010 Service Centre personnel called me and said that your phone has damaged due to liquid. On my querry, they show me a scanned image of my mobile internal No. and a picture having crossed mark on Liquid Damage and the set is completely unrepairable. I could n't belive. I was helpless. I have never exposed my set to water even if dampy conditions. How could it possible. While checking here in Bhubaneswar they told me that set has motherboard problem and might be replaced after checkup. Now they are saying this and that. I have not received my mobile set till date as on 13/12/2010.
