Blackberry India Redington - i am extremely dissatisfied with the blackberry bold 9900

i had purchased a blackberry 9900 bold about 4 months ago. i have had problems with it from the very 1st day. they would keep updating the software instead of replacing my phone. after 4 months it crashed completely and i lost all my data. the phone is in warranty for 18months and hence was sent back to get it checked. it has been 3 weeks and i still have no update about my phone and whether they are going to even replace it or not. 34000 is not a small amount to pay for a phone that does not even last 4 months. it is extremely disheartening to know that blackberry is selling faulty products and is not doing anything about it. i would like some action to be taken and either they should give me a new phone or please return my money. this whole procedure is a waste of time, and i would like someone to respond.
