I had purchased wespro dual sim mobile through homeshop18 on 5th august 2009.
order no:********4.since it has developed some technical problem,i had contacted customer service ,they had provided me with address and contact no. of nearest service center in mulund (ADD=B2 SAIASHISH BLDG, OPP. FABINA COMPANY,BALRAJESWAR ROAD MULUND)and phone no is out of service. when i reached to said address i found that there was no such service center. then i again contacted to customer service of wespro digital pvt.ltd.they had asked me to send to their service center in goregaon on 28th december 2009 through T.N.T COURIER,
After lapse of 15 days i had contacted to wespro digital, they had answered me that USB PORT of wespro WM 1503 is been damaged and are asking for charges of Rs 600 for repair.
since my mobile is within warranty period why should i pay ?
because of such service from such reputed company i am being forced to take legal action against it.

Response on Blog posted by Mr. R . P. Gupta on 13 th January 2010.

One of our customer Mr. R. P .Gupta has raised a concern regarding defect in Wespro Dual SIM Mobile Phone Model No: WM1503 purchased from HomeShop18 and his blog posted on 13 th January 2010.

He has bought this product on 6 th August 2009 and has used the mobile satisfactory for 5 months , he registered his first complaint on 26 th December 2009 that he is facing problem in charging the mobile.

Further our Contact Centre Officer has spoke to him and suggested him to send the product back to M/s Wespro Corporation Mumbai on 28 th December 2009.

Our vendor M/s Wespro Corporation has confirmed to customer of receiving the mobile in a damaged condition, it’s USB Port was found broken.

As per policy we have informed him that we don\'t provide replacement incase the product is received in broken condition due to mishandling.

Further Our vendor M/s Wespro Corporation has agreed to repair the handset on chargeable basis and same was updated to the customer .

As confirmed by Mr. Gupta to Mr. Dipak of Wespro Corporation , to send the product back to him as he would get the same repair at his end .

We have send the product through First Flight courier via airway bill number B11901463 on 22 nd January 2010.
