( sub: totally dissatisfied from the product 3rd class product after reciving its not work want refund my money)

my name is sourav chakraborty ,i hv ordered to naaptol one wespro tablet pc 786 order no : 2774610 price 5999 and corrier charge 299 total 6298
on dated 6.11.2011 and recieved that product on dated 15.11.2011. (vat no:2********22v cst no:2********22c) but after opening box when i taken battery charger for charging the tablet pc no responding from battery charger ,no battery charger signal shown and tablet pc no charging .that time i call naaptol customer care they tell me they cant do anything only they forward this complain to wespro end. but after complain there is no responce from wespro digital end and so for i call to 02232916036 number and tell my problem,the customercare person (one lady) tell me mail to support@wesprodigital.com and i send one mail that day on 17.11.2011 but no responce or reply mail stiill not recieved,so i call to wespro customercare 02232916036 again and ask what happening ???? i am totally dissatisfied from ur company end and refund my money , the customercare tell me " send the product our companyit is in 15 day cash back return policy we ll refund ur money with in 10-15 days after reciving the product and message me the addres,today i returned the product (wespro tablet pc 786) through first flight courier dated 19.11.2011 and docket number is m19294368,today i also forward the corrier pictures what i send to sales@wesprodigital.com cc mark to support@wesprodigital.com.
i never espect this type of miscommunication and dissatisfactory work from wesprodigital pvt ltd end. 3rd class quality product which doesnt work from first day after reciving totally flop,
i want my money back i hv already send the product through corrier so as quick as possible "refund" my money

I had bought a laptop it is not working properly first we said it should it should work with modem or data but it didnt work we sent it back for three times so what we should we do now we took new mobile samsung then to its not working say us where is service center say now otherwise we will take seviour action for this order no 5572941 and model no NS721A we booked it on date 12/12/2012so refund our money or say the sugesstion to this problem kindly reply to this problem

warehouse.that time ur person promise me ur pc return to in 7days and
contact 022********.i cotact after 7days .ur person say ur pc hv been
courier at 22nov parsol no is ep014496514in.this no trackinng at last
15 days in post office.but this no Is not tracking at post office.so
plz given me replacement immedietaly.
