Sir , I have purchased a Wespro DV540 10 MP Video Handy Cam from the above mentioned company, my Order No. is 1503734,dated 16/03/2011 , and the Vat No. is 2********22V and CST No. is 2********22C. I had about 2 months ago called up the phone No. 022-24955245 at Mumbai and explained the problem, after giving all details of my purchase. I was told that I would be contacted on my email address at the earliest, unfortunately to date, no one has been in touch with me and hence this complaint.
