I have been taken for a ride since apr 12,2010 on a complaint #4375791 one guy from sai enterprises came after one month and said drum problem need to replace it!! after that he never turned up, I was following the customer care number, no one really cared about my complaints, Its been almost month, none turned up finally one day they said sai enterprises closed and our complaints are going to be handled by some other company kailash enterprises at valasarawakkam, and asked me close the earlier complaint and launch a new complaint #4549083 for the same, after long chase for 15 days one day they came to our place and said its not drum problem its tub problem and after that they never turned up at all, I have been literally F***ed and taken for raid on daily basis calling customer care, then kailash enterprises, Chennai customer care etc., and daily i get only one answer, Service executive will come to attend you today ... no single day service guys turned up and i get false promises daily from customer care, service company kailash enterprises... I am fedup and I am going consumer court see why you didnt care for me for months... FYI info I am customer of your product since 1999... and all these 10 years I got very similar treatment with you even after paying AMC regularly every year...and I promise this is the last AMC amount paid to and last year to use your washing machine, I am going to throw it off and try getting some good washing machine from a good company who really care for customer....

We as IFB customer we are taken for ride even after paying AMC amount of 2K ... I request people not to purchase IFB products because their service is the worst I have ever seen, I am with IFB for past 10 year and same service level is maintained, FYI info at the time of renewal they even come daily dont fall prey for sweetened words of service executive, throw your IFB product and but better serviced company product ...

I fully support this complaint. I really wonder why IFB does not take it seriously to handle these type of complaints. I was also serviced by Sai Enterprises, as stated by PTL India above. They, I believe, were out of service for sometime and now I learnt they are back again to do servicing for IFB. In between, I too was asked to deal with Kailash, Valasarvakkam. Oh my god! I do not know or understand how they have been taken as IFB Service agents!? They don't take calls or answer properly and hight of it they do not attend to the complaint at all! Then for what purpose they are made as Service agents? Today also was the same situation. After hectic net search, I got IFB Gee Gee Manors, Chennai no. and understood from them that Sai Enterprises are back in Service. I am in touch with Sai Enterprises for the problem I am facing on my washing machine and let me see the Service of theirs. I shall make the updation on the same. In the meanwhile, why not IFB Industries give all the details of their Service agents and their office phone nos. on their website? It is so strange that they have not given their office addresses in India!! This shows the attitude of IFB Industries that they are not really interested in their Customers. If they are, then they should make all the details available on their website and be transparent. They would seem to be worse than Govt. sector if they do not. Let us see whether they would it at least now!

I support this complaint.

I am facing a similar problem from technicians from Kailash Enterprises. After taking AMC the service is non existant.If anyone can help, pls let us know
