Sub:- Complaint for IFB Washing Machine
Dear Sir,
I have purchased a washing machine of IFB Industries, the model in Senator, this m/c is giving us a lot of trouble and not working properly. I have already complained for the same to local IFB distributors and to the service center too. But conclusion is ZERO, and over all the service persons who had attended our complaint did not respond well and threatened us that the company is not responsible for such fault of my m/c and we will not assure for any further help from us. Please note that the m/c is already still in warranty period. If there will be any damage to us or our any family member due to this faulty m/c , who will be responsible for the same?????

We have enough proof to prove the arrogance of this company, which we will produce in court of Law.
Please let us know how you will help us in this matter. Attached the copy of letter addressed to IFB Industries Ltd. for your ref.

Dear Sir
I have purchased a washing machine of your company through your local distriutor M/s, Ahmedabad vide Bill No:- 0838 -Dated 15/06/2007 in favour of Mr. Gunavant Dave.(Ansuyaben G Dave)
Since long time we are using your product , and we recommended your brand to so many of our relatives and friends, indirectly we promoted your product. From last 19 years we are totally satisfied from 1st unit but after purchase of the above mentioned new washing m/c , it started giving us a lot trouble like noising and etc. After our complaints the mechanic from your service center attended (M/s Veer Service Center, Ahmedabad ) and he dismantled the entire m/c and in running condition after replacing the reconditioned electric motor , due to which the other parts of m/c is disturbed . Even though it is in warranty period. It is a great surprise that the world known company like you is selling such product, I think the sold piece to us is not passed proper Quality Controls .
Please note that the service from M/s Veer Service Center, are not at all reliable, some of Veer’s person played mischief and deleted contact no of old Yes service center, Ahmdabad. The service man from Veer Services wasted the entire day and ultimately the result was Zero. Due to such incidence with our m/c our entire family is disturbed as we are 12 persons in the family.
Please note that we had a very good trust on your company and products, but since due to this harassment from your company employees ,our family life is disturbed .
I am planning to publish this complaint to the leading news paper Gujarat Samachar, which has got more then 20 lacs + circulation ,if I will not get the response in 4 days from your end, as well as I will also launch a complaint in this matter to Consumer Court. We wish that inspite of repairing the same piece please replace this machine and supply us the new one as it is already in Warranty Period.
