I own an IFB washing machine model Elite Dx. Machine was installed on 13/3/09. After 1 month of using the machine it started to make terrible noise. the tecnicians came n replaced something but still it was making noise. i complained again, they replaced the drum. after some days the same problem.they even took the machine in the service centre. everytime i call the customer care the take atleast 10 days to attend n more 8 days saying the part is not available. since the machine is installed the tecnicians have attended 18 to 20 times replacing several parts, but its still in the same condition. recently i gave complaint on the 22 of oct but till date they have not attended.
