Blackberry India Redington - I am not satisfied witrh after Sale Service of Blackberry

I had purchased a Blackberry Curve 9320 in the month of May,13.from a dealer Name Darang Cycle, Tezpur, Assam. But just after 2 month of using,its stop working. Since there is no service centre of Blackberry in the City wherefrom i purchased, i approched the dealer(as they communicated earlier) and handover the handset to them to send it to the nearest service centre at Guwahati .I submit it to the dealer on 04thJuly,13 and its almost 25 days gone, but i am still clueless when the service centre will return it after repairing. i talked to the Blackberry promoter in the dealer, Area Sales manager of Blackberry sit at Guwahati, but only one reply from them-"Sir i cant give you any date, we are looking into it"

It is the worst service quality i am experiencing of any mobile handset industry till date.
