I purchased HTC G1 mobile from india times shopping, home delivery was made but the mobile was not working properly. I have lodged complaint for exchange the mobile set. Cmplaint no. 163891. After that as per your direction on phone the man from Aramax domestic AWB, bonanza industrial estate A/9 gr.floor,ashok road kandiwali(w)400101.taken away the mobile from my home on 02/04/2012. Up till now there is no response from your side.

Complainant's Goal: exchange the mobile set or return the money which i have paid for mobile set
