I\'VE PURCHASED YOUR GODREJ DOUBLE DOOR FRIDGE. IT HAS ALMOST BEEN 1 AND A HALF YEAR ......THERE ARE MAJOR CRACKS IN THE DOOR. YOUR PRODUCT IS APEARING TO ME AS A DUPLICATE ONE BECAUSE ALMOST EVERYDAY I\'M MAKING A COMPLAIN AND THERE ARE NO REPLIES AND IF BY CHANCE YOU COME YOU ONLY ASK AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR BILL...... THATS STILL OK BUT WHEN WE SHOWED TO YOU, YOU SAY FINE AND PROMISE THAT SOMEONE ELSE WILL COME AND SEE TO IT. THEN NO ONE COMES....AND AFTER THAT WE WILL HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER COMPLAIN...I HAD CALLED TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE AS WELL AS SOME ONE FROM YOUR MGT BUT ALL IN VAIN THIS IS JUST TOO MUCH NOW IF YOU DON\'T SEE IT TO I WILL MAKE SURE THIS MATTER IS TAKEN TO THE CONSUMER COURT........WAITNG FOR YOUR IMMEDIATE ACTION.
